1. Introduction

By booking or using our services — including DJ console setup, club/pub audio setup, event music setup, car audio/radio setup, multiplex/venue sound setup (collectively “Services”) — you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t proceed.


2. Services We Provide

We provide professional sound services including:

  • DJ console setup and sound-system configuration
  • Club / Pub audio & music system setup
  • Event music / sound setup for parties, weddings, shows, corporate events
  • Car audio / radio installations and audio upgrades
  • Multiplex / large-venue audio system installations

We do not sell physical products — our offering is services and installation of audio systems only.


3. Booking & Payment

  • Clients must provide accurate details at time of booking: venue, date/time, event type, required services.
  • For confirmation, payment terms (advance / full / part-payment) as agreed in quote must be completed — else booking may be cancelled.
  • Prices quoted are for agreed services only. Extra services or changes require separate agreement.

4. Cancellation & Refund / Reschedule Policy

  • Client may cancel within 24 hours of booking for full refund (if no crew/dispatched yet).
  • If cancellation occurs after crew/dispatch or after confirmation of date/time slot, a cancellation fee or partial forfeit may apply.
  • For rescheduling, we’ll try to accomodate based on availability — but changes should be requested as early as possible.

5. Service Satisfaction & Liability

  • We strive to deliver professional installations. If there’s any major fault or issue due to our service (bad wiring, faulty install, missing equipment, etc.), the client must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • On valid complaints, we will either redo the service (on our cost) or offer partial/full refund, depending on issue severity.
  • We are not liable for damage or issues caused by misuse, client modifications, external interference, or after-service changes.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate venue and power/electricity info.
  • Ensure venue access and safety compliance.
  • Avoid misuse of installed equipment post-setup.
  • Provide clear instructions / event-requirements (playlist, timings) before setup.

7. Disclaimers & “As Is” Condition

  • Our Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted performance — external factors (venue acoustics, power supply, client’s additional equipment) can affect outcomes.
  • We do not guarantee third-party equipment quality unless supplied/installed by us.
  • Use at your own risk; we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Use

  • Any promotional media (photos, videos) from events or setups may be used by us for marketing, unless client requests otherwise in writing.
  • Client agrees not to copy or misuse our service documentation, brand assets, or proprietary materials without permission.


9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Latest version will always be on our website with updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
