Scope of This Policy

This policy applies only to our professional DJ/audio installation services — including:

  • DJ console setup
  • Club & pub audio/music setup
  • Event music setup
  • Car audio/radio setup
  • Multiplex & large venue audio setup

We do not sell products, only services.


2. Service Satisfaction & Refunds

  • If our installation or setup fails due to our fault, or there’s a major technical issue, you can report it within 24 hours of completion.
  • We’ll either:
    • Redo the setup at no extra cost, or
    • Provide a partial or full refund depending on the service scope and issue.

⚠️ Note: Refunds apply only when the problem is due to our service — not caused by third-party equipment, customer modification, or misuse after installation.


3. Booking & Cancellation

  • Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.
  • Cancellation after confirmation of schedule or dispatch of installation crew may incur a fee or partial forfeit depending on work already planned.
  • Rescheduling is available — we try to accommodate new dates wherever possible.

4. Reporting an Issue

If you experience any issue with your service:

  1. Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.
  2. Include:
    • Your booking ID / reference number
    • Type of service (e.g., event setup, car audio install)
    • Detailed description of the problem
  3. Our team will respond promptly and arrange either a fix or refund.
